The next IPA Housing Forum event will take place on Wednesday, July 14th and will look at the area of differential rent.

We are delighted to welcome Finola Sexton, Administrative Officer with Cork County Council's Housing PPP, Finance & Capital directorate, to discuss some of the operational challenges in implementing their differential rent scheme. Eddie Lewis, Senior Associate Lecturer with the IPA & Former Principal Officer at the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government will look at the policy in this area. 

Dr. Philip Byrne, Senior Local Government Specialist and Head of the Local Government Unit at the IPA will chair the live event.
